August, Paris, 2 children aged 3 and 7 to occupy, is the right time to test the new Acclimatization Garden!
The acclimatisation garden was completely redone last year and reopened on 1 June 2018. We already liked it a lot before, it was a bit old-fashioned but for small children, the attractions were really nice. Only the price is down, because in addition to the entrance to the park at about 4 euros if I remember correctly, the attractions worked on the ticket, which was still very expensive, an attraction that could require 1, 2 or 3 tickets!
New in 2018, the unlimited ticket at 29 euros, great idea! (well it only works for rides and not for small attractions like duck fishing or for pony or camel rides, which I still think is a shame). But the 29 euro ticket is really worth it (even for the companions, in our case, our son being less than 1m20 tall, we had to accompany him to almost all the attractions).
What about the attractions? We still have the great classics, several playgrounds, including a large one with a paddling pool (it was very hot the day we were there and we regretted not having taken the bathing suits!), the small farm, the little train, the boat trips…. In the new features, what we really liked were the roller coasters, accessible from 1m for the most part (my 7 year old daughter loved it, my 3 year old son a little less), really very nice and which have nothing to envy to those of Disneyland Paris for example. The biggest, the speed rocket, goes really fast, also the mechanical mice and the mine train are quite scary! For children (and adults!) who like strong sensations it’s very nice!
For the little ones, there are really many nice attractions, my 3 year old son loved the airmail (small planes), horses, flying boats, frogs.
In all, with no less than 45 attractions, there is plenty to do for all ages.
So we were there in August, a weekday and the attendance was really very reasonable in the morning, we almost didn’t wait in line so we were able to do some attractions again very quickly, in the afternoon, a little more people (from queues of about 15 min to the attractions). We spent the whole day there and went around the attractions, everyone loved it, everyone has their favorite attraction but it’s really a park with things for all ages, even we adults really enjoyed it.
